Another Medical Appointment

I was notified today that my Oncologist wants to discuss something with me again on Monday.  I'm not sure what she feels the need to discuss though since we just had a long discussion and exam at the hospital just yesterday.  I hope I'm not losing another specialist requiring me to search for a new one yet again.

Sheila and I discussed a few possibilities...  like prompting me to go see my Primary Care doctor about my joint issues...  or seeing an Orthopedic specialist...  or maybe some additional bloodwork...  or maybe another bone marrow biopsy...  or maybe adding another medication to my long list of medications...  

Naturally, I'll be wondering about this all weekend long.  

UPDATE:  Nov 1st, 2021 - As I mentioned, above, I was notified that my Oncologist wanted to do a Televideo chat today, Nov 1st.  So, I called the office this morning to find out how they wanted to connect in Zoom.  The receptionist thought it was strange that I didn't get an email with a link after looking at my file so she connected me with their IT guy.  The IT guy was going to push me back to the receptionist because he noticed what he thought was a mistake...  the Teleview appointment is scheduled for Nov 1st, 2022, not 2021!  In the doctor's notes, she mentions that this is my annual visit.  So this is actually next year's appointment.

I didn't notice that the appointment was scheduled for Nov 1st, 2022.  The year is on a different line when viewing this stuff in the online Portal for all my medical records and correspondence with my doctors so it was fairly easy to miss.  I told the IT guy that this was great news because I was a bit concerned about what my Oncologist might have had to talk about so soon after my visit to the hospital to see her this past Thursday.  

I thanked him for his time and for catching the actual year of this appoinemtn that two of us missed and then got off the phone before anyone changed their mind!
