Video of Short Biking Clips
I've been out on my new bike more than a few times over the past couple of weeks since the bike arrived. Some of these times, I mounted my Sony X3000 action camera on the handlebars. This is a pretty nice little action camera.
Anyway, back to my recent bike rides this autumn and having cameras with me during the rides...
I didn't keep this little action camera running continuously but I did get some decent footage ten to twenty minutes at a time. My plan was to eventually cut the long videos into four or five second clips of interest and then put together a video of those short clips. I really didn't spent a whole lot of time on this but I managed to get a video put together this morning. The most time consuming part of putting this together was figuring out the new updated version of the video production software I use!
I also had a delay in there due to a week of rain. I had a few days of poor health that kept me only on the couch or in the bathroom too. Fortunately, I also had a few nice bike rides too so I was able to put together a short video with some photo snapshots mixed in the video as well.
I always take at least one camera with me on these rides too so I always end up with some photos too. I take a camera with me no matter where we go and my bike is no exception!
Unfortunately, winter is fast approaching so my season is quickly coming to an end. I'm wishing I had purchased this new bike this past spring and not just a few weeks ago. There are quite a few things I'm looking forward to over the long winter but I'm also looking forward to warmer weather so I can begin a full season of biking for exercise, physical therapy and some opportunities for photography.
In the meantime, here is this relatively short video of clips from a couple of autumn bike rides...
